Reporting an order problem
Include these three things so we can find your order fast:
- Your order reference (starts with PAY-).
- The email address you paid with.
- The amount you paid.
We never ask for your password, exam number or card details, on WhatsApp, email or anywhere else. If anyone contacting you claims to be Awajis Pay and asks for these, it is not us.
