Buying and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Seconds, in the normal case. The PIN appears on your order page as soon as the payment clears, and is emailed at the same time. If a supplier is slow the page keeps working on it and updates itself.
I paid and no PIN came. What now?
Open your order page with the reference. That page re-drives the delivery itself, so most stuck orders finish there. If it cannot, a person is alerted automatically and you get the PIN or a full refund.
I lost my PIN. Can I get it back?
Yes. Enter your order reference on the order page and it shows again. It is also in the email we sent you.
I lost my order reference too.
Message us on WhatsApp with the email you paid with and roughly when you paid, and we will find it.
Which payment methods work?
Card, bank transfer and USSD, through Paystack. Card details go to Paystack and never touch this site.
Are you WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or JAMB?
No. We are an independent reseller. We buy PINs from licensed distributors and sell them on. We cannot issue, change, upgrade or release a result, and nobody who says they can is telling you the truth.
Do you need my exam number or password?
Never. We only need an email address to send the PIN to. You enter your exam details yourself on the exam body's own portal.
Can one PIN check two candidates?
No. A PIN locks to the first exam number it is used with. Two candidates need two PINs.
Can I get a refund?
If you paid and no PIN was delivered, yes, in full. A PIN that has already been shown to you is a one-time code and is not refundable unless it turns out to be invalid. The refund policy spells this out.
How do I reach a human?
